Hotel Selection
The availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed. We recommend to call the chosen hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival to request availability of rooms, always mentioning that you are traveling with the Open Voucher Program "Wheels & Vouchers FLEX". Prior reservations are NOT possible.
Rental Car
The rental car will be delivered on the morning of the second day to the chosen city hotel The rental car must be returned in San José at the hotel or airport office. (Other drop off locations - some free, some at a surcharge available upon request). The minimum age for rental is 21 years; presentation of passport and national drivers license is required. The minimum age for voluntary additional insurances (starting from \$8 per day) is 25 years. Upon delivery of the car, a security deposit has to be made by credit card voucher, which will be refunded when returning the car undamaged.
Observation
NOT valid for travel between 23 December 2008 - 5 January 2009 and 09 April - 17 April 2009 (Easter Week / Semana Santa). For further exceptions please see hotel list.
